White Christmas with the Company of Rowlett Performers
I always feel so humbled when I get asked to come and see shows around DFW. This one was no different. White Christmas is such a classic movie you have to watch every year around the holidays.

War veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song and dance act after World War II. Captivated by two beautiful sisters, the duo travels to Vermont inn to see their Christmas show but without any snow, they might be the only people in the audience. They soon discover the inn is bankrupt and the inn owner is their respected former commanding general. Together they devise a plan to save the Christmas show and the inn, one spectacular musical number at a time.

James and I went and saw this fabulous show the last night of their tech week. We had such a great evening with this extremely talented cast. With an evening full of song and dance, how could you not be ready for the holidays? Our favorite number was “Falling Out Of Love”. It was such a lovely trio with the three female leads with beautiful harmonies. Our favorite dance number was the tap dance…obviously. This show was that much more enjoyable because two of our friends were in the production. I was lucky enough to perform with Hannah Smith in the Wizard of Oz. I played Dorothy and she was my Scarecrow. And I was in The Addams Family with Declan Brennan. I was Wednesday and he was my Gomez. Two EXTREMELY talented people who light up the stage. This show is no different. Everyone plays off each other nicely. Thank you again CORP for inviting us!
