Rehearsal Bag Must Haves

If you know me you’d know I’ve been doing shows for many, many years. Like my entire life kinda years. I always love a good “What’s In My Bag”. Why not spice it up a little with a “What’s In My Rehearsal Bag”, shall we?

  • Doterra Breathe Essential OilThis oil is based with peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemon. It is amazing at keeping the airways clear and my sinuses nice and calm.

  • Swell Water Bottle: A water bottle that keeps your water ice cold for many hours is a must have for me.

  • Snack: I eat a lot. A snack is something I always crave for a mid-rehearsal pick me up.

  • Script/Score: The project I just closed is Jesus Christ Superstar. My music was a must for that one!

  • Character Shoes: I’m a firm believer in investing in your dance shoes. I’ve been using this pair for a little over two years now and they are still going strong. They take some breaking in but now I can wear these character shoes all day if I had to!

  • Glossier Balm DotCom: Mint is my personal favorite flavor. It’s unbelievably refreshing and cooling on the lips. This lip balm just checks every tik for me. I can’t live without it. Want a discount on your first Glossier order? Use my code and fall in love with the brand just like I have!

  • A Bag That Doesn’t Poop Out On You: We all know by now that I work for Lush Cosmetics. The best company ever. I love my Fighting Animal Testing Tote and that I have my own little bit of flair on it. It holds everything I need for it too and also doesn’t hold the stench of my character shoes. Added bonus!

Fellow performers: what are your rehearsal bag must-haves? Anything I need to add?
